FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education) was designed to help every child regardless of state, district or city.
It was designed to help every child across the nation reach their academic excellence by providing the tools and resources necessary for the individual.

No child should ever be denied this vital lifeline to success.

No family should have to move to another school district or state to enroll their child in the services they so desperately need to reach maximum success.
Though 40 years after FAPE was signed into law, this is still a current reality for thousands of children and families across the nation.
