WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE HOPE SCHOLARSHIP?
Your child may qualify for the Hope Scholarship if they meet any one of the following:
- Will be eligible for kindergarten enrollment in West Virginia for the 2025–2026 school year.
- Were enrolled full-time in a West Virginia public elementary or secondary school for the entire 2024–2025 school year.
- Are currently enrolled full-time in a WV public school and have attended for at least 45 consecutive calendar days at the time of application (must remain enrolled until a decision is made).
- West Virginia residency is required.
